Some list subscribers to the Tenant Update list are reporting that they are
not getting our e-mail updates. This may be due to new technology called
anti-spam filtering. Please read below to learn more about anti-spam filtering.
As this technology evolves and is applied more and more, you may find that you
will stop getting e-mail updates from us. Some of the providers that are now
using this feature include AOL, EarthLink, and CompuServe, as well as e-mail
programs such as Outlook and other corporate e-mail servers.
If this happens to you, please make sure that your e-mail service provider or
program is not filtering our messages out for Spam.
Our message headers always begin with ST/PCV-TA and come from either "stpcvta.org"
or "stpcvta@onebox.com". For more details on what Spam filtering does and how to
control it please see below:

1. What does an Anti-Spam service do?
Your e-mail provider or program examines -- using sophisticated scoring
algorithms -- each e-mail you receive and a determination is made as to the
likelihood that the e-mail is Spam. If the message appears to be Spam, the
system "quarantines" the e-mail.
2. What if I want to receive a message that the system thinks is Spam?
Most Anti-Spam systems provide a Spam folder or Summary Report that lists all
quarantined messages. Here, you are given the option to release any quarantined
e-mail and have it delivered to your Inbox.
3. How do I allow or block particular senders so that I always/never receive
their e-mail?
Generally, you to decide whom you receive e-mail from. In principle there are
two lists, a "Blocked Senders List" and a "Safe or Trusted Senders List". To
learn more, ask your e-mail service provider or check your e-mail program’s junk
mail filtering capabilities.
We hope this information has been useful to you.
Thank You,
