Dues and Donations

Your Tenants Association is staffed and run by volunteers so your dollars go right to work for you.

We now can accept dues and donations on-line though our secure credit card and PayPal payment interface. Additionally you may set up a recurring donation on either an annual, quarterly or monthly basis, which we encourage you to do, as this allows the volunteers to focus on other administrative tasks. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your payment.

Your personal demographic information is stored securely on our database. Your payment information is temporarily stored on the PayPal database and limited to the scope of that transaction only. If you choose a recurring donation, your credit card information is stored securely with PayPal and your donations are processed on the schedule you chose. PayPal's security has never been breached and is highly trusted. To make changes to your recurring donation, simply re-visit our donations page and specify your changes.

A Note on Tax Deductibility: The ST/PCV-TA is a "Not-For-Profit" [501(c)4] organization. Because the scope of our work is LIMITED to the ST/PCV community only, we are not eligible for the more favorable "Non-Profit" [501(c)3] tax status normally enjoyed by religious institutions and charities.

Thus, your dues and donations are NOT tax deductible. None-the-less your dues and donations are going to a worthy cause.
