  • Brownfield Study of PCV/ST
    Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village were built on top of the former Gas House district in 1945. The land was bulldozed to make way for housing returning WWII vets. These sites are sometimes referred to as Brownfields. This forum is for the distribution of information and for residents to share their thoughts and opinions on this issue.

  • Quality of Life not Related to Maintenance
    All other quality of life issues for both Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village not related to maintenance. Examples include: Neighbor noise, noise in the complex, resident behavior, Security's behavior, Rose Management employee behavior, management services, perimeter stores, area restaurants. Surrounding streets, traffic, pollution, noise.
