Question/Bad E-Mail Scenarios:

1) We/I received a letter from the Tenants Association stating that our e-mail address was undeliverable. We recently changed providers. How do we/I change our/my e-mail address?

2) We/I are actively receiving e-mails from the Tenants Association, but wish to change our e-mail address.  How do we/I do so?

1) If you are responding to a postal letter you received from the Tenants Association, your old address will be removed for you, but because we use a double opt-in procedure to protect your privacy, your new e-mail address can only be added by you.  Doing so is a simple matter.

2) Visit our home page <http://www.stpcvta.org/> and populate the the Join/Rejoin our e-mail list box found on the right center of the screen with your new e-mail address. This action will take you to a e-mail preferences web page where you can state your list preferences.

3) After your preferences are recored, a confirmation email will be sent to the new address to which you MUST respond.

Should you not receive the confirmation e-mail within a reasonable time, be sure to check your SPAM/Junk mail folder for this e-mail from us.

1) First remove your old address by finding the Safe Unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every e-mail we send and use it to remove your old address.

2) To add your new address, visit our home page <http://www.stpcvta.org/> and populate the the Join/Rejoin our e-mail list box found on the right center of the screen with your new e-mail address. This action will take you to a e-mail preferences web page where you can state your list preferences.   (Because we use a double opt-in procedure to protect your privacy, your new address can only be added by you.)
