NEW: On-Site Property Manager, New Management Team Coming

On Thursday, January 7, Blackstone announced that it had appointed Rick Hayduk as general manager for our community, effective January 1, 2016. Mr. Hayduk will be establishing a new management company during a transitional period with Compass Rock.

The STPCV Tenants Association is pleased that concrete steps have been taken to create a new management team. Under the new manager, we expect management to be more responsive to tenants’ needs and improve service and maintenance.

“We are delighted to know that Rick will be living on-site -- the first property manager to live among us since William Potter under MetLife. Rick says he will walk the walk, not just talk the talk to understand firsthand the distressing quality-of-life issues tenants have faced over the past decade,” said Susan Steinberg, president of the Tenants Association. “Members of our Board have already had productive conversations with Rick about resident issues.”

Meet and greets will be held to introduce tenants to Mr. Hayduk as follows:

10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 9, at the tented basketball courts

2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 12, at the Community Center

3:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 12, at the Community Center

6:30 p.m., Thursday, January 14, at the tented basketball courts
