Tenants Association Election to Be Held in Mid-May
Three current members of the Board will stand for re-election. Association members in good standing as of March 17, 2011 are invited to petition for a place on the ballot.

TA Maintenance Report Details Problems and Recommends Solutions
A nine page report on maintenance problems, developed over a period of months by the Tenants Association, is now posted on the Association website. The report, which details 36 problems and makes 46 recommendations for improvement, was presented to Rose Associates at a meeting on Wednesday, February 9th, between senior representatives of both organizations.
