The Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village Tenants Association and Brookfield Asset Management, a global real estate firm, have finalized an agreement to develop a plan which will keep our community affordable, allow residents to opt to buy or continue renting, and preserve the historic configuration of the property.
