Who We Are
Our goals are to preserve our community as affordable housing for families, with proper maintenance and robust open spaces, where people at the middle of the income spectrum can live and raise a family in peace and safety.
To achieve these goals, we abide by three principles: long-term affordability, high quality of life, and ongoing maintenance.

Lease Renewal Increases
NYC Rent Guidelines Board
Leases starting or renewing Oct. 1, 2023, through Sept. 30, 2024:
1-year lease: 3%
2-year lease:
first year 2.75%; second year 3.2% of the amount charged in the first year
For the second year in a row, the mayor's RGB jacks up the rent.
Acts of Hate Are Never Acceptable
We issued this statement in July 2020. Now, sadly, in March 2021 we find it necessary to repeat what shouldn’t have to be said even once: all acts of hate are unacceptable — inside and outside our community.
