UPDATE: Blackstone Withdraws Appeal of Our Lawsuit to Keep All Apartments Here Rent Stabilized
Blackstone has decided to abandon the J-51 lawsuit and has formally withdrawn its appeal. The lawsuit is over. This legal victory protects rent stabilization for our neighbors, both current and future.
